My project "New History" was my first experience with 3D modelling and design. The project uses 3D elements and environments made in Cinema 4D to explore how things lost to time and then rediscovered are both new and old at the same time creating the contrasting notion of new history.
The Exhibition takes you through three rooms with an exhibit in each which explains a part of history which was lost to time and rediscovered centuries later changing the way we view things that have happened in the past.
The first room explains the official discovery of dinosaurs in the 19th century and the second room describes the history of the Rosetta stone and its discovery by Napolean's army in the late 1700s.
The third room describes the tragedy of the lost city of Pompeii and its excavations centuries later.
In addition to designing the 3D virtual exhibit, I also produced promotional material (posters and invites) and an exhibit catalogue to support the experience
