Lights Fantastic is a university module brief, designed to expand motion graphics from just being presented on a screen by using projection. The brief required specific media materials to be used to coincide with my theme alongside the elements I created for the module.
For this project, I created a series of space-themed designs in After Effects to create the contrast between imagination and reality. The monochromatic footage used represents the reality of the sequence of events before a space launch, with the colour video showing what the astronaut is imagining before the launch.
